Long ago, the town of Selve was cursed when a witch, for reasons only she knows, turned its people into monsters and vanished soon after.
For centuries now, Selve has lived with the curse unbroken, learning to maintain an uneasy normal between humans and the old spirits. But when high-schooler Geina finds herself cursed with a glowing scar on her hand, her life is turned upside down from monsters reacting strangely to her and having strange recurring nightmares. In her search for answers, she teams up with a mischievous spirit named Havoc.
The more Geina discovers, the clearer it becomes that the past of Selve and the woman who cursed it are not what they seem, and that danger follows closely behind when the truth is desperate to remain buried.
